Parakeet ("Parakeet", "we", "us") is an advertising analytics and creative tool operated by Littlebird. This policy explains what data we access when you connect your ad accounts, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What we access
With the permissions you grant via OAuth, we read advertising data from the platforms you connect (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, Reddit, TikTok): campaigns, ad sets, ads, spend, performance metrics, and creative assets, plus basic account/profile information from those platforms. We also store data you enter directly — brand facts, creative categories, and conversion-event mappings.
OAuth tokens
When you connect a platform we store the access/refresh tokens needed to call that platform's API on your behalf. Tokens are encrypted at rest and used only to read your advertising data and to perform actions you initiate. Disconnecting a platform (Settings → Connections) removes our stored token.
How we use your data
To produce the reports and dashboards you see, to power AI-assisted features (creative analysis, suggestions, insights), and to operate, secure, and improve the service. We do not sell your data or use it to advertise to you.
AI processing
Some features send your content — ad copy, creative images, performance summaries — to third-party AI model providers to generate a result. Depending on your configured AI routing these may include Anthropic, OpenAI, and Google. Review each provider's terms for how they handle submitted content.
Sub-processors
We rely on Vercel (hosting), Neon (database), Resend (transactional email), Sentry (error monitoring), and the AI providers above. Each processes data only to provide its part of the service.
Data sharing + isolation
We share data only with the sub-processors above to operate the service, or where required by law. Each organization's data is isolated from every other organization.
Retention + deletion
We keep your data while your organization is active. You can export your organization's configuration and creative library at any time (Settings → Profile → Export), and request deletion — deleting an organization permanently removes all of its data.
Security
Access requires authentication (magic-link or Google sign-in). OAuth tokens and sensitive credentials are encrypted at rest, and data is isolated per organization.
Support access
To help you, an authorized Parakeet operator can view your organization's dashboards read-only — but only during a time-boxed window you explicitly grant (Settings → Support access), which you can revoke at any time. They cannot change your data or use your connected accounts to act, and every such view is recorded in an audit log.
Your rights
You may request access to, export of, or deletion of your data. Depending on your location you may have additional rights (e.g. under GDPR or CCPA); contact us to exercise them.
