By accessing or using Parakeet ("the Service"), operated by Littlebird, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
The service
Parakeet connects to advertising platforms you authorize and provides reporting, analytics, and AI-assisted creative tooling across those accounts.
Accounts + access
Access is invite-only. You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure.
Your responsibilities
You represent that you have the right to connect and access the ad accounts you link, and that your use complies with each connected platform's terms and with applicable law.
Platform connections
When you connect a platform you authorize Parakeet to access and act on that account on your behalf through the platform's API. Your use of each platform remains subject to that platform's own terms.
AI outputs
AI-generated suggestions, analyses, and creative are provided as-is and may be inaccurate. Review them before acting — you're responsible for what you publish or change in your ad accounts.
Your data
Your data is yours. You grant us the limited license needed to process it to provide the Service (see the Privacy Policy). We claim no ownership of your advertising data or creative.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the Service: no unlawful activity, no attempting to access another organization's data, and no overloading or reverse-engineering the platform.
Disclaimers + liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for decisions made based on the Service's outputs.
Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms. On termination, your organization's data can be exported or deleted.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes are reflected by the "last updated" date above.
